Introduction:

Dl-isoleucine, a chemical, white flake crystal or crystalline powder; Odorless, slightly bitter taste; Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and acetic acid, insoluble in ether; The decomposition point is 292℃. It can be safely used in food (FDA§ 172.320, 2000).
